 It features an 11" by 9" shield made of PET that is sewn to a headband.

The headband is made of heavy duty (40 mil) PVC with a polyester mesh interior. 

The headband has perforations in it for breathability

The back of the headband has slots that securely hold a 3/4" piece of elastic. Adjustment of the band is easily accomplished by tugging on the elastic bands on either side.

The pivot points are a pair of solid brass grommets that will not rust or corrode.

The entire product (except for the elastic strap) is made from inert, non-porous materials so it is easily re-sterilized.

replacement elastic can be bought at Jo Ann Fabrics or Walmart.

This product is light weight and comfortable to wear. When not needed, it can be flipped up over the head.
It is lightweight and comfortable to wear, quick and easy on and off. 
This product provides excellent protection against potential contamination from blood pathogens, body fluids, harmful chemical splash, dust or saw dust.

 These are built in a virus free environment by skilled workers who wear protective gear and must pass a fever test each morning before entering the work-space. All shields are sterilized in a sterilization room that is infused with ozone and where all the products are bombarded with UV light from every angle.

These are packed in a heat seal bag in bundles.
